On February 14th at 8:00 PM, Cantina Bottenago opens its doors for a special evening: Bottenago in Love, an experience designed for those who wish to celebrate love with elegance, flavour, and authenticity.
Two Menus, One Emotion
For this romantic night, we have created two culinary journeys—one seafood and one meat—crafted to surprise and delight from the very first bite.
Seafood Menu
A refined journey of delicate flavours and harmonious contrasts:
- Golden perch fillet with escarole and soy mayonnaise
- Marinated salmon carpaccio with puntarelle, raspberry, and crispy bread
- Fresh cacio e pepe raviolo with lime tuna tartare
- Grilled amberjack with tomato gazpacho and olive caviar
- Chocolate and raspberry mousse
Meat Menu
A rich and enveloping experience, designed for those who love bold flavours:
- Valtenesi polenta with melting BBQ pancetta
- Black Angus carpaccio with baby spinach, confit cherry tomatoes and Bagòss crumble
- Fresh cacio e pepe ravioli with Fassona beef tartare and Garda olive oil
- Seared veal with plum and blueberry jus, creamy potatoes, carrots and baby leek
- Chocolate and raspberry mousse
Each course will be paired with selected wines from Cantina Bottenago, chosen to enhance the flavours and create perfect harmony between cuisine and glass.
