The evening begins with a welcome aperitif among the vineyards, featuring a selection of finger food and land & sea creations, paired with our Bottinus Brut and Bottinus Rosé sparkling wines.

- Salmon and raspberry tartlet
- Fassona tartare with Taggiasca olives
- Carpaccio of swordfish and black angus
- Gourmet squid-ink pizza with burrata and culatello Pio Tosini
- Crudités station with oysters, scampi and red prawns
