WINE MAKING:
Traditional vinification of red wine. The manually harvested grapes are pressed and estemmed. The whole vinification process from fermentation to bottling takes place only in steel barrels. A rest period allows an initial aging in barrel and then, after bottling, an additional aging phase takes place.
